3. Collection and processing of personal data, purpose and legal basis

As part of our application process, cover letters, CVs and references in particular are collected and processed. The collection of your personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR, such as address data, date of birth, but also data about your specific career or similar, is generally carried out by yourself. The personal data you provide will be processed for the purpose of processing your application to fill vacancies within our company.

For this purpose, it may also be necessary to process personal data that we have legitimately received from third parties, for example professional internet portals such as Xing, for the aforementioned purpose.

The processing of your personal data is carried out by us. The encryption of your data when applying by email to the above email address depends on your email service provider.

Note on sensitive data:

 

We expressly draw your attention to the fact that applications, in particular CVs, certificates and other data submitted to us, may contain particularly sensitive information about mental and physical health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or political party or sex life. If you provide us with such information, you expressly agree that Johanniter-Fördererservice GmbH may process this data for the purpose of processing your application. This data will be processed in accordance with this data protection information and the other relevant legal provisions.

No fully automated decision-making (including profiling) is used to process the data you provide.

4. recipients and categories of recipients of the personal data

Recipients and categories of recipients of your personal data to achieve the purpose are or can be according to our current application process:

Responsible managing director, the employees of the Recruiting, Marketing, Sales, Field Service Administration and Training departments, as well as the employees with supervisor functions in the respective offices and stand advertising.

5. Data transfer to a third country or an international organisation

Your applicant data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union or to an international organisation.

 

6. storage of personal data

Your personal data will be processed for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. However, if your application is rejected, your personal data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the application process has been completed. This does not apply if statutory provisions prevent deletion or if further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence or if you have consented to longer storage.

If a positive decision is made regarding the establishment of an employment relationship, your data will be processed further for the purpose of the subsequent implementation of an employment relationship, in compliance with the relevant legal regulations. Of course, you have the right to withdraw your application at any time.

7. rights of data subjects

You have the right

in accordance with Section 26 (4) sentence 4 BDSG (new version), Art. 7 (3) GDPR, to withdraw your consent from us at any time. The consequence of this is that we may no longer continue the data processing that was based on this consent in the future;

to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR

in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us

in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims

to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Section 35 BDSG (new version), Art. 18 GDPR, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;

in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another controller, and

to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace.

8. right to object

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 e) or f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your personal situation.
